Hello teachers!
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a field trip to the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center during the 2024 Spring semester!
We are happy to accept registrations at this time, but also reserve the right to postpone, limit or cancel your registration if it is determined that we will not be able to offer on-site field trips as planned for the Fall semester.
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. For this reason, the following changes are being made to our fieldtrip procedures:
- Our field trips are designed to be 5 rotations. At this time, each individual classroom will be asked to remain together as a “color group” throughout the field trip. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis for groups with more than five classrooms attending.
- In order to keep rotation sizes manageable, we will be limited to 125 students for field trips each day. If you have a group larger than 125 students needing to all visit on the same day, please contact Chris Glowacki (cglowacki@indianastatefair.com) to discuss arrangements.
Additional changes may be made and/or restrictions added as circumstances dictate. All safety procedures and protocols will be communicated with schools/teachers prior to the day of your field trip.
